Hello. I have tried to set the DEFAULT FONT for outgoing messages but have not been able to do so. Please see the attached screenshots and suggest a possible solution. Also, when forwarding a message, the header "Forwarded Message" followed by the original sender's identity, address, etc. appear in a font I'd like to change. Please let me know a way to do that. Finally, what is the difference between the outgoing mail options of "variable width" and "fixed width? Thank you.

Looks to me like you have a default. so perhaps you could explain why you think you can't set it. That might be illuminating.
