Added a note at the top that links to latest firefox issues - article feedback mentions specific problems that we have articles for.

For fx 15 changed reset prefs step to point to the Reset Firefox preferences to troubleshoot and fix problems for instructions

Removed fx3.6 content, removed steps to start in safe mode (not necessary), for fx15 removed note about loading tabs on demand, for fx 15 new general panel screenshot.

For Fx 15 added "Don't load tabs until selected" info, removed fx3.6 info, arranged {for} sections for easier updating and better list display
