I cannot view bank statements, etc with the latest update

The same problem exists with XP and windows 7 operating systems. My printer works fine. In place of a bank statement, an empty window appears with "about blank". I have tried everything I am capable of to correct this problem.

Chrome and internet explorer works fine.
