Can I only sync some bookmarks instead of all?

I have a home computer and a work computer. All of my bookmarks are sorted into folders. I do not want certain folders on my home computer to sync to my work computer. Is there anything I can do about this or do I have to stop syncing my bookmarks and use Xmarks?

No, that is not possible. You can only sync all bookmarks with Firefox Sync.
