US Social Security system and Arlington County Va payment system don't work with Firefox- keystrokes don't register on the screen when completing fill boxes. I have to use Internet Explorer to access these sites.

Are that PDF forms that open with the Adobe Reader?

Update the Adobe Reader plugin to the latest version.
