This long standing bug has been driving me crazy on Firefox android

I posted a temporary fix using violentmonkey in the comments

Is there a way we can have this tested by someone on the team? This seems to have fixed it on my end but I'd rather not have to use an add-on to fix this.

Everyone involved with the network of disjunct JS/history state title changes on tab restore is following that bug, so they will know you've posted a comment there.
