how can i reach archived mail

Hi Winnie and Bob, If this is a Gmail account, archived messages are normally kept in the “All Mail” folder. Gmail doesn't use a separate Archive folder in the same way that Thunderbird does. In Thunderbird, look under your Gmail account for “All Mail”. Your archived messages should be there. You can also use Thunderbird's search to find a particular message if you know the sender or subject. If you don't see “All Mail”, let us know and we can help you make that folder visible.
