Hello,
To allow cookies again, go to menu > settings > security & privacy, then scroll down to cookies & data section, then under enhanced tracking protection, set it to standard instead of strict/custom (standard mode allows cookies)
If you blocked a specific website, click "manage exceptions" under cookies and site data, find the website adress, then click remove website.
