I am trying to send a message to my cousin Gundula Loude whose e-mail address is gcloude@bluewin.ch. Unfortunately, the message is blocked for a reason I do not understand. There has been one other e-mail complaining about this problem but I do not understand why the blocking still prevails. Can you investigate and let me know how I get round this deliberate blocking.

We know exactly what you tell us. Look at your description of the problem and image someone trying to offer a sane response
