I have Thunderbird version 78.10.2

I don't receive the e-mails from my Free provider. My provider doesn't detect any problem with its servers.

I checked all parametres and they are good.

Can you help me with this problem ?

the problem was solved but I did not have an explanation neither from Free nor from Thunderbird. It is probably a server that is involved. Jean
