After a Norton update, my most visited bookmark for Ameritrade doesn't work

I can access it through Google Chrome but not Firefox. All my other most visited work fine. I contacted Norton, they tried to fix it to no avail. They said to contact Firefox support.

Try to allow Firefox through the firewall if you have one.
