For the last 3 days I have been getting the error message when trying to send emails " An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.1 5BB3FA131DC35DDA Message content rejected due to suspected spam. OB703. Please check the message and try again". I have contacted Telstra but have told me seeing as that I can send emails via their webmail service it is nothing on their end. I have checked all outgoing email settings as per the troubleshooting page.

If you look on the testra web help pages you will find you are not the only one who has suffered from this.


check if your computer IP address is blacklisted in Spamhaus TRy resetting you computer IP address.
