Can't open www.https://www.myhealth.va.gov all other websites open just fine, why? This sight opened with no problems on 11/23/2016 just fine

I gone in and cleaned excess cache. It's the website cause I can go on laptop and open said website using Google Chrome with no problems at all. All my other websites on the desktop open just fine with no problems. I've contacted the VA tech support and everything on their end is working properly.

The proper way to type a web address is NOT www.http Please try; https://www.myhealth.va.gov

What I typed in the message was wrong. !. i have the website bookmarked on one system as well as listed in Favorites on another It opens just fine using Google Chrome on laptop but will not open on desktop using Firefox. It worked just fine on the 23rd also on the 24th but not today. The web address was and is typed in correctly.

What happens when you try? Blank page, error message . . . . .

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

Perhaps you've got Firefox configured not to accept third party cookies. Some businesses (and governments) 'outsource' their computer support behind the scene.
