Firefox search is not working.

Using nexus 4. Firefox search displays blank screen after search button tapped. The query on top is still visible. Everything else works fine.

Edit: I would like to clarify that this is only for the swipe up feature, that is to replace google now/search.

I understand that the search is blank only for the swipe up feature. Has Firefox Search been added to the search default for this gesture in Android? (Or maybe this is a feature in Firefox for the Nexus, sorry I cannot test this)
