Is there a setting where you can set a timeout for access to passwords so when the time limit it is up it forces you to re-enter your master password to gain access when on a page asking for credentials? Currently I login with my master password and every site I go to Firefox will have my passwords ready to use, even if I leave my computer on for a week. How about a four hour timeout. After four hours and I go to a site asking for my credentials, Firefox will prompt me for my master password before letting me access the vault?

I am trying to log on to Gordon Bernard Calendar Co once there I am informed that it is an insecure web site. I have been there many times. The GB web person says the prob. is on my end. My computer is old and I have always used version 7.

So, I recently encountered this problem: If I close the main Firefox window while a private window is open, then when I open a regular Firefox window, I find that all pinned tabs have been reset, and I have to set them again.

This problem has never happened before, so I figured it was clearly a new bug and I should report it.

I asked a friend, and yes, he also encountered this problem.rt it.

There is a black box on the top left corner whenever firefox is maximized. This problem appeared when I got my new computer screen (Asus 27" TUF Gaming VG27AQ1A, 170Hz WQHD). My old computer screen (23.6" VE247H LED, Full HD, 2ms, 10M:1) didn't have this issue.

Any help how to fix this issue?

I am confused, because I have been unable to access google drive and Gmail, for a while now because every time I go to the website it says we have detected a problem with your cookie settings, I have tried default settings, and entering safe mode on Firefox, but neither worked. I would much appreciate assistance.

For the 2nd time in 3 months my history and password files have disappeared from my browser. I have an Acer laptop running Windows 10 with Norton Security. I've tried a few fixes from your site with no success. Also tried a fix your site did have, but the link led nowhere. I need these passwords back. What do I do? Periodically I open Firefox and all my cookies have been deleted. I go into settings to find "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" has been checked (NOT BY ME!) again. This is very annoying as I then have to log into all my websites and go through 2FA. This is annoying to the point that I am posting on this site for help. Next step is find a new browser that doesn't screw up my work-flow randomly for no reason.

I have noticed an issue with the download process. Perhaps it can be easily fixed. ( Is this the right place to report? )

Downloading a duplicate of a .tar.xz archive results in a corruption of the name extension, as the suffix should be placed one dot before;

ie. "fileName(2).tar.xz" and not "fileName.tar(2).xz" ;

It actually seamed a couple of times to be a corrupted download.

Yes, please don't give me the MS ctrl-alt-del type of response about cookies.... That was done many times before posting this. The website works fine in Brave. MS Edge well, let's not speak of it in public company shall we.

So, now what the heck is happening to FF???? I have contacted HF three times and they referred me to use other browsers other than FF. No, I DO NOT have multiple extensions nor themes. FF is bare bones but for uBlock. Hardware acceleration is off and MS Clear type is on. Anybody wanna fess up, who broke this????
