Address Book import utility does not import e-mail addresses.

The field mapping portion of the Import (From Outlook) utility has no provision for e-mail addresses. The end result is a Thunderbird address book with no e-mail addresses in the any of the imported recorded.

Try go to outlook and Export the Address Book then Import in ThunderBird:
