can not type in subject line when sending an email

I have an email account with GO DADDY. The email is webmail. email.secureserver.net 

I have already contacted GO DADDY and they said the problem is with FIREFOX.

Why am able to type in every section except the Subject line? I am frustrated.

I had this problem too with a GoDaddy email acct; it is a defect in Mozilla Firefox 17, solved by uninstalling the program and reinstalling the previous edition of Firefox 16. Email is working again, subject line is active.
