My printer won't print documents from certain websites, like banking. When I use internet explorer, I don't have this problem.

I logged into to my banking website from Firefox and tried to print my bank statement to my wireless printer. It placed the statement into Que but never printed. So I logged out and opened Internet Explorer, logged into my bank website again and printed it from there with no problem. I'm not a computer expert, but this tells me it's not a connection or printer problem but probably a settings problem in Firefox.

I did noticed there is additional printer information on the Firefox browser that isn't on the Internet Explorer.

When I select print, it shows:

Status: Ready

Type: Officejet6000 E609n

Where: WSD-2a 189675-a 7ba-4271-aa665-7435d5559766.0061

This is a web service printer

None of that "where" information shows up when I print from the internet explorer, so I'm thinking this is a settings issue in Firefox.

I hope I've provided enough information to help.

Sincerely,

Mark S. Ortiz
