can't log on, double click and nothing happens

can't log on, when double clicking on icon absolutely nothing happens. fourth time this has happened. after couple of weeks everything goes back to normal until the next timr. tried to uninstall tells me firefox is already running. well firefox seemt to run and hide.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
