if you have only one OS on your pc. the answer is NO. but you may encounter some problem there. so to avert that, you can do a complete uninstall for the previous version of firefox 3.6.x
Thanks for you reply cityminz i will do a complete uninstall of firefox 3.6.x and then install the new firefox 4
