Firefox 3.6.8 on Vista: My client's webportal keeps getting removed from Pop-up Exceptions. Why?

It is a secure (https) portal with an RSA fob style login. I keep adding the site to Pop-up Exceptions, but if my history is cleared, that gets cleared, too, it appears.

Make sure that you do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the "Site Preferences"
