I get this strange message when I try to send an email that says ongoing server - smtp. authentication method in account settings, outgoing server SMPT.

I have Outlook in two other computers and Outlook works fine? Thank you, Jim

Please post a screenshot of your smtp server settings and we'll reply. The recommendation is smtp.office365.com, port 587, STARTTLS, and Oauth2.
