Is this Firefox for iOS 36.0? Please update it from your app store.

Note if this question is indeed about Firefox for iOS (for iPhone/iPad) and not desktop Firefox (as this section you posted in is for) then you need iOS 13.0 (thirteen.zero) at minimum to run current versions of Firefox for iOS.
