24hrs time format not shown on TB 102

The time format on my Windows 11 PC is set to 24 hrs, but the calendar in Thunderbird 102 shows all my dates in 12 hrs am/pm. This only came after updating to TB102. It used to show the correct 24 hrs time format with the previous build.

According to Bugzilla, this bug is set for fix in release 104, but could happen sooner.
