You might try specifying outlook.office365.com. That's the one I use, although I claim no expertise on office365.

You might try office dot office365 dot com for server. That is the one I use.

You have the correct outgoing server, but check that the incoming server is outlook.office365.com on 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP).
