In a 'Write' composing window. If you see the 'Menu Bar': 'File', 'Edit','View' etc: 'View' > 'Toolbars' > select 'Composition Toolbar'

If you do not see any toolbars: click on 'Alt' key this will show a temporary 'Menu Bar'. Then select: 'View' > 'Toolbars' > select 'Menu Bar' this will make it permanent. Now you can select: 'View' > 'Toolbars' > select 'Composition Toolbar'
