Can't Download Messages older than 14 days (POP3)

After installing thunderbird, i cant download messages older than 14 days. I have unchecked "Delete messages older than 14 days" but did not work. I have a POP3 email account.

What about setting in your web mail? For instance Google has a from now or from the beginning setting on their accounts.
