Cant download emails

Thunderbird opens but will not download last 3 days emails which i have received ok on my phone & tablet. Have noticed that there is a padlock on left hand side of my email address in top left hand corner. Have recently upgraded to windows 10 but not sure that is the problem as all my previous emails are available to read. hope you can help

The padlock is normal.

Please post a screen shot of what you are seeing using instructions from https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-create-screenshot-my-problem
