Firefox won't open

I think after an update i cannot open the firefox browser at all. However it did opened one magically but normally i cannot open it. It doesn't matter how many times i click on the browser, it will not open. Its like clicking on empty desktop space.

sorry, this is crash signature is from a few months back and won't shed much light onto your current issue. if you don't get firefox to launch at all, this can sometimes be a sypmtom of malware being active on a system. so please run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & kaspersky security scan.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

i have used all the above tool but still have the same problem.

I cannot open firefox at all. i have tried it with holding with shift key but i cannot open it.
