How come when I delete e-mails on my phone, they are still on my computer?
Why do I have to delete emails on my phone and then go delete the same ones on my computer? Is there a way to integrate them so I am not doing the same thing twice?

It is called IMAP and has been around about 20 years.
If your mail is with your ISP, they probably only offer POP. It is simpler and therefore generates less support calls. All the major free providers now support IMAP. (gmail. Outlook.com, yahoo and AOL)
