I'm sorry that you aren't happy with Firefox 29 and the new user interface.

If you are referring to the feedback page - https://input.mozilla.org/en-US/feedback - you may not receive an email. The form isn't intended to be a two way form of communication, it is meant for providing feedback to Mozilla.

If you want support to try to restore the old UI or tips on "fixing up" Firefox 29, this is the place. But if you want to provide feedback to Mozilla, that feedback page is the place to submit your feedback to Mozilla.
