For about the last month or so I have been having trouble signing into My Hotmail online email account.

I go through the process up to 2FA then I get this message " Looks like there’s a problem with this site The server at outlook.live.com sent back an error: 401 Unauthorized".

I recently tried MS Edge even though I always use Firefox. I went through the login process including 2FA and got right in to my email. Can you help?

I prefer to use Firefox and have used it for years.
