For the past three days (A/O 06/01/2026) I, (and others who have posted on various sites) cannot access a functioning log-in page for Google or Gmail via Firefox. If I (and others) use an alternate browser e.g., Edge, the log-in page functions and displays as it should. However, when using Firefox, the page displays as the image I've included - no functional 'log-in' icon and no Username or Password box. Using 'Private Viewing' makes no difference. As other browsers work, I will assume this is a Firefox issue. As there is no way to submit trouble tickets, I'll leave this here in hopes that someone from Firefox will pursue the issue.

Hi, my local news paper is publishing an on line version.. requires me to zoom & scroll.. but on Firefox Android version when I zoom & scroll, after I remove my finger from the screen, the display reverts to top left corner of the image... The zoom & scroll function works perfectly on Google Chrome... Link. I recently switched to Mozilla Firefox and noticed that one of my business websites won't open in the browser. I'm not sure whether the issue is with my website or Firefox itself. Has anyone experienced something similar?

I go through the process up to 2FA then I get this message " Looks like there’s a problem with this site The server at outlook.live.com sent back an error: 401 Unauthorized".

I recently tried MS Edge even though I always use Firefox. I went through the login process including 2FA and got right in to my email. Can you help?

I prefer to use Firefox and have used it for years.

With Mozilla Firefox for Linux Mint 150.0 after logging into Chase Bank , when trying to pay off my credit card, I get a message: "It looks like this part of our site is not working right now". However the site works perfectly with Chrome, thus the problem must be with Firefox. I have cleared the Chase cookies and still getting the same result.

Hello, I can't log in to Facebook, only through Firefox, and that's the problem. Edge and Chrome work fine. I've already deleted cookies and temporary files, and still nothing. This problem has been occurring for a while.

We recently received feedback from a few users who reported issues when submitting forms through Firefox, while the same forms appear to work normally in Chrome and Edge.

The website belongs to Avenue Billing Services, and the issue seems inconsistent. Some users can submit forms without any problems, while others experience submission failures or no response after clicking the submit button.

So far, we have:

• Tested the form in Chrome and Edge successfully

• Verified basic form validation settings

• Checked for server-side errors

• Cleared browser cache and cookies

Before diving deeper into debugging, I wanted to ask the community:

• What are the most common causes of form submission issues that appear only in Firefox?

 Firstly I have been using Firefox for about 2 decades and it has always worked perfectly - you can take a bow.
Now for my problem
I have been using Firefox for internet banking for many years without any problems - the usual login, password ans secret questions. Just after Xmas my bank updated it's website and suddenly nothing works. I was told that it now only works on Chrome and NOTHING else - not Firefox, Edge or anything else. I am able to log-in but can't see my account balances or perform any other functions - it just jams up to the point that I even have trouble closing Firefox.
I use Firefox exclusively because I don't trust Chrome or Google - they are just a massive data collection/sharing operation. I have Chrome Mask installed but it just doesn't make any difference.

 Is there anything that I can do or add-on to over-ride this problem?

I am running Windows 11 Pro and Firefox 147. Beginning the second week of Feb, Chase bank will not allow me to log into their system. They say I have to have Windows 10 or higher and Firefox 128. I am running 147. What else can I do?

I watch TV on my computer. All channels but ITV have sound, ITV does not, it did have until a week ago. ITV has sound on onother browser, so why no sound on Mozilla

I could not get into my Fidelity Investments account today. (I signed up last week using same computer w/Firefox) I got to the login page but Fidelity gave me a "can't complete at this time, try again" notice. So I called them up and they suggested I use chrome. I don't want to use chrome. I tried reentering with the VPN off and on. No go.

X.com videos won't play on Firefox, one or two play, but most won't, they simply buffer with a white moving circle without playing. I have Adblock Plus and a couple of other adblock extensions, but even when I disable those, the X.com videos still won't play. They play fine on Safari. I have Mac Book Air 2022, OS Sequioa 15.6.1

after last update stop working .if I use ctrl v it will paste in. When i try using the mouse it doesn't have paste in the block that pops up.

I can click and paste in the condition box but not the description box.

If I use edge it works. I don't want to use edge

I just bought my boyfriend a new iMac. We are having trouble loading many sites and platforms using the latest Firefox browser. The list is growing but includes Facebook, Meetup, Wikipedia, chess.com, nytimes.com - in all cases, rather than a login screen, we get an error message or a home page loads with no access to other pages or login area. I've cleared the cache, restarted, tried going directly to the site to log in, but nothing works. Everything is fine when using Chrome, but we prefer Firefox. Is this a conflict in the new Apple OS? Is there a fix?

I have logged into TinyURL.com MANY times using Firefox. Now, I get a Cloudflare Validation Error when trying to do so (see attached screenshot/snip).

This was done in Troubleshooting mode, but is the same in standard mode, though I have no extensions enabled. I've tried turning Protection Tracking off; no luck. - We use ZoneAlarm, but the Web Secure functions are all disabled. - I have the same issue on 2 PC's, one Windows 10 and the other Windows 11, 64-bit. - I'm on FF release 150.0.2 - 64-bit, and both Windows installs are fully updated and kept that way. - I've reached out to TinyURL in hopes of resolving the issue. They suggested many of the above steps but not resolved this issue. - HOWEVER, I've found that login via Google Chrome IS seamless - no issues.

What is it with Firefox that it's having issues with the Cloudflare "Human" check? I've checked the Cloudflare site; all conditions are good, and this very setup passed the "Turnstile" check.

FF is my #1 preferred browser, so please look into this. I see that others have posted similar issues over multiple years here (but a search of support articles didn't find one . . .)
