You're on v152.x meaning you don't use release channel, but some more "bleeding edge" version. These get more frequent updates as needed, to validate things.

- Beta 1: May 20
- Beta 2: May 22
- Beta 3: May 25
- Beta 4: May 27
- Beta 5: May 29
The Firefox 152.0 release is not until June 16.
A version on the Beta/Developers Edition channel usually has say 10 to 15 builds in testing before the Release.
The Firefox 151.0 has had two minor updates for security/stability fixes though there is a Fx 151.0.3 update planned next week.
