A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Hi

What happens when you try to open that site? Is there any error message?

Hi, no error message or spinning circle. Just says screwfix.com in address bar but nothing opens, totally blank page. It was fine last week, so I have cleared my cache, cookies, and all history etc. I can open it easily in windows explorer, but I prefer firefox. Thanks
