When I open Firefox, on the toolbar where it says "Most Visited", "Getting started" etc there is a PDF file stuck there. If I try and open it it says "problem loading page" and I can't find a way to delete it. It is a genuine attachment as I once sent it on an email, though I was using Mozilla at the time! If anyone can hlep I would be most grateful.

The Bookmarks Toolbar can't hold an "attachment", only a shortcut to a webpage or a local file.

When you right-click that "PDF file" is Delete available for use in that contextual menu?

Dear Ed-meister, Thank you very much, it worked and the info was useful too about it not being a file but a shortcut. I always forget to right click as an option to do things, so perhaps this will remind me to do so more often! Thanks again, Polyanthus
