Since upgrading to FF4, whenever I start the browser I've noticed the dial-up prompt won't pop up anymore. It seems FF just thinks I'm already connected and will start trying to browse with no connection.

I do know about setting up auto-dial, but that modifies Windows behavior and causes every little thing constantly bombard me with dial requests when I'm offline. It's not worth it. Not by a long shot. I'd just like the old prompt back.
