first. Sign out of your Mozilla account, completely close Firefox, reopen it and sign back in. Also make sure you don’t have another VPN or proxy running, since that can interfere with it.

If it still won’t turn on, let us know what device/OS you’re using and what happens when you click the VPN button. Does it stay off, give an error, or just do nothing? That should help narrow it down.
