Just started using and activating the Firefox vpn solution. For some reason vpn seems to be constantly turned off automatically by Firefox. Why? I have checked all the relevant box in the setting menu. Thx

I have 5 PCs, in 3 of them Firefox VPN started working a week ago. In the other two I don't see a VPN and I've tried all the troubleshooting information in support and chatgpt recommendations. What I noticed was that the PCs with VPN had Firefox in English while one that didn't get the update it was in Greek. So I switched language and VPN appeared! Then I tried to revert to Greek again and VPN disappeared. Now even if I switch languages I don't get VPN.

Hi, I have the latest version of Firefox and I'm logged into my Mozilla profile. I selected the USA (for example)—even though I'm in Belgium—but when I log into a dating site (one that's allowed in the USA), it still shows my location as Belgium. It's the same story for France. However, when I type "where am I located?" into a new browser window, it tells me I'm in the USA... So I don't understand... I hope someone can help me :-)

Free Firefox VPN hit 50 gb limit - so purchased Mozilla VPN for a year - worked fine but now Firefox kicks out any website attempt - Mozilla says not there problem but a Firefox problem - they are same company

Hello, my name is Heath, and my Question is in relation to the offerMozilla option to use VIP browsing for free, that's a great offer, thank you. I've only just today, signed up for Firefox and Mozilla with the option to use Mozilla browser, and VIP is bonus extra, on offer to use for free. I have opted to use that offer, for the extra security. As soon as I proceeded, and the offer was activated straight away. I then got a notification that stated "this free extra on this browser, will give a max of 50gb of Data per month. How would that effect my mobile Network monthly pre-pay account, gives me unlimited Data, calling & texts etc for $40 per month. Will my monthly account, and the cost of it, to the network that I subscribe to, for personal use, and is is my preferred mobile Network to use, over any of the other available networks, in my country and/or Region?

Hello, I'm having trouble using the built in VPN, once I press on it and do everything (connect with my account etc) it doesn't let me use it, it still tells me to do everything again. I was wondering how I could fix this issue and use it.

I am writing on behalf of myself and many users residing in Iran. As you are likely aware, our internet environment is severely restricted, with all major social media platforms and communication services being heavily filtered. Accessing the open internet is virtually impossible without a reliable VPN.

In light of these conditions, I kindly request that you consider increasing the current 50 GB monthly limit, if feasible. Even a temporary increase for users in Iran would be immensely appreciated and would significantly assist us in staying connected.
