No option to change homepage to custom URL

I recently noticed that my homepage when I open Firefox is something different from the custom URL that I have previously set. I went to settings to try and change it back, but I no longer see the option to do that.

Did mozilla take away the option to use a custom homepage or did they change the location of setting that option in the settings?

If you follow How to set the home page it will show you the right location for your version.
