since one of your updates it is impossible to just print an email from the print icon - I have to keep opening new boxes and in the end it might print - complete waste of time and I am thinking of leaving Firefox completely.

Hi there, unfortunately we don't have a call line for support in Firefox, we do that via our forums. But I am a real human and I am happy to help. Could you add a bit of more details for me though. Like where do you usually have this print icon you're referring? Is it possible to attach a screenshot on how it looks or describe it? I have a feeling you're using an extension to print the email or maybe it's a feature of your email provider but can't be sure till I see it.
