Running windows 10. I installed the newest vewrsion of Firefox, and now I can see or find bookmarks anywhere. I tried the tutorial but I dont see anywhere in my computer where a list of bookmarks are.

Bookmarks are stored in the Profile folder you use.

Check for the folder, and save frequently so avoid such loss.

You amy have multiple Profiles and one may have an older folder

Type 'about:profiles' in the URL/address bar which will sho you the current path to where the Profile folder is on your computer
