It will help if you post screenshots of your SMTP server settings pane and the complete text of error message.

Try these settings for the outgoing SMTP:

smtp.telkomsa.net, port 25, security = STARTTLS, authentication = normal password, User Name = email address.

If those don't work, try changing the port to 587, the default port for STARTTLS smtp.
