Hi,

Firefox seems to insist on trying to upgrade a plain HTTP URL to HTTPS when browsing normally (which fails), but does behave as I would expect when using Private Browsing.

The URL in question is http://sponsoring-reports.ubuntu.com/general.html (which will get upgraded to https after being entered).

I tried the three variants for the HTTPS-Only option, the result is the same in all cases. Same with safe mode.

Interestingly, when using the Network tab of the devtools, it tells me the requests that times out is not encrypted.
