
eml file saved on samba share not being rendered by thunderbird on windows 10
Hello,
My coworker are experiencing some new issue with emails saved as eml file on save network location (samba): when they open the file with thunderbird, a blank screen appear (no text, no nothing). The message is still there because I can for example access "show source" without any issue.
If I copy the eml file on the desktop, then the email is rendered correclty.
Mapping the network to a drive (e.g. Z:\) will work.
Thunderbird is updated to 138.0.1
This issue has appeared at least on 3 machine running windows 10. On my machine on win11 I can open eml file from the network location without any problem.
