ffox relay login asks me to update ffox repeatedly even though I have done it a few times and my browser was up todate before I tried to use ffox relay

Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window

firefox relay is clearly shown on all firefox pages as a firefox product. thanks to cor-el for the helpful advice. will try it out. retired. harder to focus on bugs.

This isn't a Mozilla software you need to contact ffox relay support.

1- Add-ons -> Extensions : remove or uninstall ( Firefox relay ) extension . 2- check Firefox update then install Firefox relay again . 3- 'Uninstall 'Firefox and install Firefox again .
