cannot access or complete any surveys on one site only ?
Hope someone can hlep with this, it has been going on for weeks now. I am a member of a survey site, and for the past few weeks, when I log onto this site to do a survey, I always get a message saying there was an error in the survey, and I am returned to the homepage. I've sent a huge amount of emails to the survey site help centre, and to my isp, and I keep getting told there is nothing wrong with me account for the survey site, or my internet connection to this site. My ISP has asked my to do all sorts of tests etc., and all come back as normal, and yet the survey site cannot find or fix the issue. I am asked to use a different browser, so I have tried all three that I might use, Firefox, Edge, and Chrome, all the latest updated ones etc., and with the non Firefox browsers I get a message saying my account is suspended (survey site account), so now I am confused and annoyed.
Can anyone help sort this out please as I am now thinking it might be an issue with Firefox? Who knows...but it is very odd that I can access all other survey sites, no issues, and yet this one site will not allow me to do any surveys.

Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
