Microsoft office crahes when Firefox is working

I can't use Microsoft Office (Home and Student 2013) at the same time with Firefox. I open Office and Firefox. After surfing a few minutes on Firefox, I go back to Office and than it crashes. Microsoft Word/Excel doesn't work anymore, closes and shows recovered files. It worked perfectly for a few years, but since a couple of months it is a problem.

Sounds like a Windows sys files are corrupted. That would require a computer shop to see what is happening as last resort. have you uninstall FF and tried Office to see what happens?
