I am trying to reinstall my Roboform toolbar. In researching, I believe I need to enable it in add-ons. But when I go to Customize, the add-on icon is greyed out. Actually all the icons are greyed out. How can I do this?

It is possible that the add-on is not compatible anymore with the latest version of Firefox. Then you have to wait for the creator to release a new update of said add-on. You can read on the firefox addon page which release is currently supported.
