Unable to send e-mail to Hotmail contact, get error message 550 SC002
My contact is on Hotmail. I can receive an e-mail from them. When I replay, it is returned to me with the following: This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: [email removed]@hotmail.com SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<[email removed]@earthlink.net> SIZE=3240: host mx4.hotmail.com [104.44.194.236]: 550 SC-002 (SNT004-MC10F22) Unfortunately, messages from 209.86.89.69 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list.

The error message clearly states your ISP has been blocked due to a bad reputation and to contact them. Contact them. This is not a Thunderbird issue.
